On of the main missions of EURING is to promote high-quality bird ringing for science and conservation. To achieve this goal, training is essential. Only in this way we can obtain robust and comparable data. In this line, the exchange of ringers between ringing stations of different countries can undoubtedly contribute to the standardization and to enrich the training and capacity-building. EURING, in this regard, supports any initiative aimed at achieving such objectives. 

On behalf of EURING, this web site aims to facilitate the exchange of ringers to collaborate, as volunteers, in ringing campaings carried out at stations that work on a relatively high sampling frequency (from daily basis to 3 days/week).
